Art Talk | Blanc Feelings by Milly Dent

Art Talk | Blanc Feelings by Milly Dent

Sydney-based ceramic designer Milly Dent’s latest series of work delves into furthering her investigation into porcelain, through a series of handcrafted ceramics which bond perpendicular lines with balanced fluid clay bodies. Unlike Milly’s signature blue marbled ceramics, this body of work is mostly neutral, and pays homage to the power of tactility and texture. The works include functional delicate vessels, as well as more ambiguous fluid forms - the exhibition of vessels, vases and sculptural forms, entitled Blanc Feelings, is on display at Saint Cloche in Sydney until the 21st of October, so be certain to pop in if you’re in town.
