Pine Ave, a new series of eight townhouses designed by Cera Stribley Architects (CS-A), with interiors by The Stella Collection redefine the notion of inner-city townhouse living. CS-A drew inspiration from the distinctive circular forms seen in the Art Deco movement of the 1920’s and 30’s, emphasising each home’s facade and curving the white brickwork at each corner - a welcome addition to the sometimes harsh lines of modern design. Inside, The Stella Collective has curated a space in their signature style with a big focus on embracing the light and letting the sunshine in.

“We see both the kitchen and the bathroom as spaces to unwind so we wanted to avoid creating cramped spaces; they needed to big and luxurious.”
— Hana Hakim, Founder of The Stella Collective
Most of the townhouses are north facing, making them incredibly light and bright inside. This combination of fresh sea breeze and light brings a very organic energy to the spaces. Photo - Maegan Brown .

“We wanted to bring a very sexy feel to the home. It has that jet set-like glamour with a bit of boho-chic, but done in a current way,” says Hana.
