The colour palette for CULTIVER’S new pure linen bedding collection is as inspired as it is evocative. Drawing on the natural tones of the outdoors, it elicits the soft glow of an afternoon sunset or tones of a deep earthy mustard. And we couldn’t love it more. For the collection’s designers, the priority was getting the mix of the colours right so that they are perfectly complementary. “Balance is important when mixing colours, especially in the bedroom, if you’re after a relaxing space,” says CULTIVER founder, Nicolle Sullivan. “In the mix of Mustard and Fawn, this common warmth, along with the softness of Fawn against rich Mustard, makes the complementariness shine.”

Mustard and Fawn have been designed to not only complement one another, but stand alone or be layered within the existing CULTIVER collection. They will form a superb base for a relaxed and calming bedroom retreat. “Quality sleep is hugely important to me as I get less of it these days. Having linen on the bed makes the ritual of getting into bed just a bit more special: those tactile cues, the drape of the sheet feeling cool and airy,” says Nicolle.
