The Ivy Bedhead is a partnership between Australian bed designer and manufacturer Create Estate and self confessed ‘serial renovator’, Ivy Hunag.
The inspiration behind the design was a journey of transformation from a dilapidated Victorian terrace to the modern marvel that is Bonnie House, located in the picturesque suburb of Albert Park, in Melbourne.
The Ivy Bedhead is upholstered in Kvadrat Clifford Houndstooth by designer Vincent Van Duysena, featuring a beautiful jacquard weave.
‘I grew up watching dad bring old lounges and armchairs back to life, so we have a deep respect for the upholstery trade and the workmanship of handmade furniture,’ says Nicole William, Create Estate founder.
