Change the Course, Two Good Co.’s third cookbook, pays homage to its origins; a core belief that having less time or money should never mean less love and nourishment. That good food prepared with care is a universal act of love - and self love - with the power to change the course of someone's life.

Just as Change The Course is more than just a cookbook, this too is more than a dinner series - it is a catalyst for change, a source of empowerment and a symbol of love.

‘With the simple concept of ‘doing more with less’ central to the ethos of Two Good, Julia and LOAM - this felt like a natural partnership and the perfect way to honour this launch. With Julia kindly providing recipes for the book itself, we are thrilled to have her launch this series as the embodiment of what Change the Course is all about’, says Rob Caslick. Celebrating the launch of their highly anticipated third cookbook, Change The Course, Sydney-based social enterprise Two Good Co. announces its inaugural dinner series in partnership with LOAM, the all-day restaurant located at Ace Hotel Sydney on Wednesday 25 October with Melbourne-based cook and author, Julia Busuttil Nishimura.

The quarterly dinner series will see some of Australia's most esteemed cooks and chefs collaborate with LOAM’s chefs, to create special menus that revolve around the cookbook’s central theme of 'do more with less'. All profits from the dinners will help Two Good continue their mission to support, empower and employ women rebuilding their self worth and independence following domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma.

‘Just as Change The Course is more than just a cookbook, this too is more than a dinner series - it is a catalyst for change, a source of empowerment and a symbol of love. Through the simple act of gathering with your loved ones around a table to enjoy delicious food, you're also making a tangible and meaningful impact in communities that need it most’, says Rob Caslick, Founder of Two Good.

Change The Course pays homage to Two Good’s core belief that having less time or money should never mean less love and nourishment. That good food prepared with care is a universal act of love - and self love - with the power to change the course of someone's life. Each menu in the dinner series will honour this theme, creating simple yet delicious food prepared with love, designed to bring people together over great food, great conversation and a great cause.

The inaugural menu created by Julia and executed in collaboration with the LOAM team embodies the idea of doing ‘more with less’, offering an array of simple, nourishing and delicious meals. Menu highlights include Pea, Ricotta, and Anchovy Bruschetta, Seasonal Veggies with Aioli, Roast Herb Chicken with Buttery Croutons, Radicchio, Fennel and Blood Orange Salad, and an Espresso Flan for dessert.

Tickets to the Change The Course dinner series event with Julia Busuttil Nishimura are $150 per person including a three course meal, drinks by Balmy Nights and a donation to help Two Good continue their mission to support, empower and employ women rebuilding their self worth and independence following domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma.

Tickets are available now via Seven Rooms.
